Mr. Olson
Mr. Olson's career began in Macy’s New York, where he completed Macy’s Executive Training Program, which at the time was considered the most prestigious retail training program in the United States. He holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a BS from St. Vincent College, magna cum laude. Mr. Olson served in the position of Senior Vice President for Business Operations, an officer and second to the president, at White House|Black Market and served as Chief Operating Office for the Maryland-based retailer, South Moon Under. His career includes Vice President positions with Ann Taylor, Liz Claiborne and Macy*s East.
Ms. Ng
Ms. Ng holds an MBA in Finance from Boston College, Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management and a BA in Mathematics from Queens College (CUNY). She is a graduate of the prestigious Stuyvesant High School in New York City and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and has a working knowledge of Spanish and German. Ms. Ng’s professional career began at Macy*s New York, where she analyzed the corporation’s growth strategies for profitability potential. She developed the profit and loss forecasts used to identify the corporation’s future direction, sales goals, and management strategies. As the Merchandise Controller for the Retail Division of Liz Claiborne Inc., Ms. Ng launched the company’s first open-to-buy program, giving buyers and planners accountability for their buying and merchandising strategies to better impact sales and margin goals.
